Paneer Pepper Baos

Our Paneer Pepper Bao features soft, seasoned paneer wrapped in a light, fluffy handcrafted bun. Designed for convenience, consistency, and quick service—ideal for B2B kitchens looking to offer a unique vegetarian bao option.

Steaming:

  • Boil water in a steamer and lightly grease the tray or use a silicone sheet.

  • Place frozen baos without touching.

  • Cover and steam for 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Deep Frying:

​

  • Heat oil to 170°C.

  • Thaw by microwaving for 2 minutes with water or steam for 3 minutes.

  • Fry for 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

​

​Note: Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
